“From Rodney to Ragga: From Black Power to Gold Power: Who Will Sort Out the Nation?” is the title of the 12th annual Walter Lecture. Robin ‘Bongo Jerry’ Small, pioneering poet on rhythm, photographer, editor of several cultural publications and radio show moderator will deliver the Lecture.
