Nine members of the UWI Revolution Netball team and Coach, Conrad Parks will head to the 19th staging of the Florida Netball Tournament to defend their title as champions on November 20-21, 2010 in Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale. The contingent which consists of Caneta Brown, Alesha Davis, Sherona Forrester, La Teka Lynch, Janeel McDonald, Zalika Paul, Oberon Pitterson, Alicia Williams and Trishell Williams along with Coach Parks will leave the island on Friday, November 19.  This is the Team’s fifth year participating in the Tournament with overwhelming success having only lost once in 2008. The Team is also expected to compete in the beach tournament which is normally held at the end of the regular Tournament. 

The UWI Revolution netball team are also new comers to Super League after emerging champions in the 2010 Supreme Ventures /Jamaica Netball Association (JNA) Divisional ‘A’ League recently.
