"Michael Manley’s Caribbean Vision of Justice: Justice as Equality" is the titled of the book authored by Dr. Anna Perkins, Office of the Board of Undergraduate Studies, Mona. The book will be launched on Monday, January 31, 2011 at 6 pm at the Multifunctional Room, Main Library, UWI, Mona. Delano Franklyn, Attorney –at-law will be the guest speaker.
