Seminar Explores Badness in Jamaican Popular Music

The Department of Government, UWI, Mona hosts a seminar entitled, “Oh Rudie: Jamaican Popular Music and the Narrative of Urban Badness in the Making of Post-Colonial Society.” Dr. Clinton Hutton, Lecturer at UWI, Mona, painter and photographer will speak on this occasion. The seminar takes place on Thursday, March 24, 2011 at 2:30 pm at SR4 in the Faculty of Social Sciences, UWI, Mona.
