The final year Public Relations students from the Caribbean Institute of Media and Communication (CARIMAC) at UWI, Mona will stage a Health and Wellness Expo dubbed, “F.R.A.S.S: Fit Ready And Striving For Success.” The Expo takes place on Thursday, November 24, 2011 at 11 am at the Rex Nettleford Hall Multifunctional Room, UWI, Mona.
 
The event is especially geared towards first year students and is designed to address stress by providing information through exhibits and practical solutions through booth displays and activities such as yoga, tutorials and demonstrations. Dr. Leachim Semaj, motivational speaker and Organizational Psychologist will be the guest speaker at Opening Ceremony. The Ceremony will be followed by exhibition and interactive information booth. 
 
The university community and the public are invited.
