The South African High Commission in collaboration with The University of the West Indies will host a Launch to highlight the yearlong celebration of specific milestones namely: the Centenary of the African National Congress; the 50^th anniversary of Jamaica’s independence and the 125^th Anniversary of Marcus Garvey’s birth.

The Launch takes place on Thursday, February 23, 2012 at 6:30 pm at the Mona Visitors’ Lodge and Conference Centre, UWI, Mona.

Speaking on the occasion will be Her Excellency Ms. Mathu Joyini, the South African High Commissioner.
