The Silver Sword Plays at UWI, Mona

The University Dramatic Arts Society (UDAS) will stage Stuart Henson “Silver Sword” from the novel by Ian Serrailer. The production is directed by Brian Heap and takes place from March 22-25 at The Philip Sherlock Centre for the Creative Arts, UWI, Mona.  Showings take place as follows:
Thursday, March 22 at 3 pm 
Friday, March 23 at 10 am and 1 pm 
Saturday, March 24 at 5 pm (2 shows)
Sunday, March 25 at 5 pm 
 
The play is a stage adaptation of the celebrated children’s novel by Ian Serraillier, which follows the story of the Balicki family as they trek across war-torn Europe in search of their lost parents, accompanied by the street-urchin Jan and his talisman— the Silver Sword.
