The Department of Community Health & Psychiatry through the Collaborating Centre on Ageing and Action Ageing Jamaica, in collaboration with Florida Health Care Association will be hosting a Training Seminar on Alzheimer’s disease for nurses, doctors, caregivers and families, July 7 – 9. Health care workers excluding doctors should attend Monday 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; Doctors on Tuesday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and caregivers and family members on Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The venue is the MPH Building, Department of Community Health & Psychiatry at UWI, Mona. Registration fee is $500.00 and the first 50 persons to register for each day will participate.
