The UWI/UNESCO Caribbean Universities Project for Integrated Distance Education, CUIPIDE, is now conducting an online survey among University personnel. The survey is designed to gather information regarding staff’s technology & distance/online education skills and their general distance/online education plans and activities. CUPIDE is a collaborative project among five Universities: The UWI; University of Technology, Jamaica; University of Guyana; the University of Suriname, and University Quisqueya, (Haiti). The project is funded through the Japanese Funds in Trust for Capacity Building. It is designed to develop the human resources within the region by enabling the participating universities to better develop and deliver quality distance education programmes using information computer technologies.
