The Department of Chemistry, Faculty of Pure and Applied Sciences at UWI Mona will host its 20th Bi-ennial Symposium from January 4 to 8. This year the participants will focus on Natural Products and Medicinal Chemistry. The symposium’s opening ceremony will take place on Monday, January 5 at 9:30 a.m. in the Chemistry Lecture Theatre 5. There will also be a reception for conference participants at 7:30 p.m. at the Philip Sherlock Centre for the Creative Arts.
