The UWI School of Continuing Studies is inviting applications for admission to its associate degree programmes for the 2004-2005 academic year. The programmes are the Associate of Science in Administrative Professional Office Management (APOM); the Associate of Science in Business Management (BM); and the Associate of Science in Public Sector Management (PSM). Persons wishing to enter any of these programmes must hold passes in at least 5 CXC (General Proficiency) subjects at Grades 1, 2 as well as Grade 3 after 1998) including English Language. Application forms and additional information regarding fees are available from all University Centres/Schools of Continuing Studies across the Region. Completed application forms should be returned to the Resident Tutors/Heads, School of Continuing Studies at their office at the University Centres. The deadline for returning completed application forms along with the non-refundable application fee of JA$350 is Friday, May 14, 2004. Please note that each applicant is allowed to apply to only one of the programmes offered at the UWI in any one year. Therefore persons applying to UWI First Degree programmes are debarred from applying for the Associate Degree programmes in the same year. These programmes will only be offered if there are adequate numbers of qualified persons.
