The new website of the Registry, Mona Campus was launched by Campus Registrar, Mr. G. E. Anthony Falloon on Friday, February 20, 2004. The Registrar stated that this was a major step in the drive to improve the delivery of service to the customers of the University, both internal and external.
The launch means that visitors to the sites will now have easy access to information for which, traditionally; they would have had to visit or call Registry offices. This information includes:- application forms to both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes, forms used in these graduate and postgraduate programmes, forms relating to staff matters, administrative and academic rules for students and staff, news and events across the campus, staff vacancies and contact information for staff who work in the Registry. Subsequent to the launch, additional on-line services that will become available include the ability of students to pay fees, apply for transcripts as well as programmes/courses. Persons will also be able to apply for employment.
