Objectives
By the end of the course the Business Analyst will be able to:
Integrate into a project, team or enterprise environment with an understanding of their role, key responsibilities and relationship with fellow project members; work with stakeholders to gather and document different types and levels of requirement; understand how project approaches such as Agile affect the BA role; break-down complex business scenarios or problems into process and data models; apply techniques and tools to identify and validate requirements; apply end-to-end thinking to complex business and system problems; work with stakeholders to develop optimum solutions to defined requirements; confidently present findings to business stakeholders and their project team; and support the business in implementing the solution.
Certification

This course will provide the minimum 21 professional education hours to qualify for the Entry Certificate in Business Analysis (ECBA) certification. The course will also introduce participants to the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) certifications and provide step by step guidelines on the certification process. Finally, the course will provide IIBA membership giving you access to wide range of resources to guide and help you on your Business Analysis journey. These include discounts for certification, career assessment and guidelines, free digital library etc.

Objectives
At the end of this course, participants will be equipped to:
Develop an Effective Change Management (Execution) Governance Structure, Develop skills used to effectively engage, prepare and mobilize all (managers) and their (direct reports) to generate “BUY IN” within these key groups, before change is rolled out, so that they avidly support and champion the change, Develop the skills and mindset needed to rebuild trust between (a) the different tires of management and (b) management and line staff.
Certification

Certificates of achievement will be awarded to those who attend all the sessions and complete all the required assignments.

Objectives
At the end of this course, participants will learn to:
Make the transition from subordinate to supervisor, communicate effectively, delegate for effective employee development, time management and motivation, utilize techniques to cope with difficult employees, understand Industrial Relations, use Labour Laws appropriately, understand Industrial Relations, handle grievances and resolve conflict, and employ negotiation skills.
Certification

In designing this course, MSBM is treating it as a significant development opportunity. As such, the decision was taken to include certification which goes beyond the usual certificate of participation which really only acknowledges that someone has attended a training session.

In providing certificates of achievement, MSBM will be attesting to the fact that participants have been tested to demonstrate competence in the subj ect matter. The programme will therefore include individual and/or group assignments for grading.

After completing this course, participants will be able to:
Define conflict and explain its manifestations in a multi-stakeholder environment, better understand their own typical approach to conflicts, better sense the existence of conflicts or potential conflict situations and apply various approaches to the management of conflict in organisations.

Participants should be able to:
Identify and critically assess the difference in management and leadership style, power and influence, make an assessment of likely leadership needs within self and the organization, apply principles of leadership in charting the way towards their own personal development needs and apply transformational leadership skills and techniques to the solution of problems and issues in the workplace.
Certification

An assessment component will be included and Certificates of Achievement are awarded to those participants who attain the prescribed levels of attendance and performance.

Prerequisites
There are no prerequisites. However, participants are expected to have a laptop for use during the course.
Objectives
At the end of this course, participants will be equipped to:
Create an appropriate book keeping system, evaluate the financial performance of the business, forecast financing needs and manage small business risks related to cash flow and tax liabilities.
Certification

Certificates of participation will be awarded to those who attend all the sessions.
