Mona School of Business & Management (MSBM) is a limited liability company and an institute within The University of the West Indies, Mona Campus. MSBM complements its unique academic programmes with cutting edge consultancy services and public policy research, the principal business objective being to provide decision makers with expert advice for handling their most critical strategic issues. These services are facilitated through the Professional Services Unit (PSU) which was formally established in 2009, to consolidate the services in the area of Management Consultancy and Professional and Executive Training to companies and organizations in Jamaica and the Caribbean region. The PSU provides research-based management consultancy services aimed at assisting organizations, in the public and private sectors, to improve their performance effectiveness and efficiency.
