The Mona ICT Policy Centre, formerly the Telecommunications Policy and Management Programme, is dedicated to industry policy analysis, research and teaching in the area of ICT Policy and Management. Its mission is “to become a hub for world-class training, research and consultancy in Telecommunications, ICT Policy making and Technology Management”. Since inception, the Centre has led ICT Policy Dialogue in critical areas affecting the sector. The Centre delivers pioneering capacity building programmes including the globally recognized Master of Science in Telecommunications Policy and Technology Management. Its various research projects the Centre also build a culture of research in ICT policy through the engagement of a number of scholars.
