Olympic bronze medalist and World University Games gold medalist over 100m Hansle Parchment and World University Games silver medalist and Jamaica's fourth fastest man over 200m, Jason Young, returned to the Island yesterday.
The UWI heroes were met by a group of cheering and enthusiastic UWI supporters at the Norman Manley International Airport. The Mona Pelicans took the time out to meet and greet a few of their fellow schoolmates and eager fans before they whisked away to their family and friends.
Triple Olympic Medalist, Yohan Blake, who trains here at UWI and other members of the Olympic team are also back in the island.
