Description  |
| The objective of this course is:
- to allow the student to gain a comprehensive understanding
of the theories and models of organizational change as well
as
- to develop their analytical ability to diagnose situations
for potential change. At the end of this course the student
would have developed competence in general managerial problem
solving.
