Course Description
This course provides an understanding of fundamental legal principles relating to banking and other financial services. Emphasis will be placed on bank and customer rights, duties, liabilities and the law relating to negotiable instruments, methods of payment, security documentation and capital market instruments as well as fundamental principles of insurance law.
