Urban Geology; Neotectonics; Landslides; Sediment flooding; Coastal Flooding including tsunami and storm surge flooding processes and hazards; Structural and lithological controls on the evolution of landforms; Geological, geomorphogical and structural mapping; Interpretation of aerial photographs and remote sensing imagery for natural hazards and preparation of hazard maps; Communication of research to non-specialists.
