Think Tank Through the Years
Think Tank has
become known as a thought provoking meeting of leaders in the
private sector, the public sector, the trade unions and
academia. It is an opportunity for major issues critical
to the growth and development of a stable Jamaican economy to be
discussed by persons who have a hand in making the difference,
through action and policy formulation.
The theme for Think
Tank 2006 speaks to the intended outcome of what will be a
stimulating weekend of intense discussions, passionate
presentations and notes for the groundwork for significant
policy changes. “Laying the Foundation for Sustained Growth and
Prosperity” Since 1990 there have been a total of nine (9)
successful Think Tank Meetings which impacted not only the
attending participants, but filtered back into the economy
through positive changes.
