Report Criteria
The objective of these reports is to provide management with scorecards
that will assist them in defining metrics that impact HR or the
University’s performance. These metrics can be predefined
and used for benchmarking.
- Turnover Analysis by age
- Compensation as a percentage of expense
- Retiree benefit cost as a percentage of expense
- HR headcount ratio to company employees
- HR department expense as a percentage of company expense
- Absence rate
