She Patricia Mohammed is Senior Lecturer
at the Centre for Gender and Development Studies, University
of the West Indies, St. Augustine. From 1994-2002 she was
Head of the Mona Unit, Centre for Gender and Development
Studies, in Jamaica. |
She has been involved in both feminist activism and
scholarship for over two decades. Her academic publications
include Gender Negotiations among Indians in Trinidad, 1917
