PC Support
This includes faults with the PC, laptop and printer support and any other connected device on the campus. MITS supports all computer equipment belonging to the campus.

Phone Support – assist over the telephone, or assign to the relevant person who can assist them.
Walk in Support – members of the University community who come into the help desk are directed to the appropriate person to help solve their problems.
Field Support – Members of Infrastructure Department assist members of staff and the university Community with problems with their computers in their offices.
Remember: All these requests must be logged through the help desk.
