The Jamaican Birth Cohort Study 2011, a groundbreaking national study of Jamaican children and their families. This study is following the progress of almost 10,000 children across Jamaica.
The goal of JA KIDS is to improve the health and development of Jamaican children by getting information on children’s families, schools, communities and environment, and identifying those factors that help and hinder growth and development.
