The administrative
department ensures that everything required is in place
to make your visit to the Health Centre pleasant. It
is preoccupied with the dynamic task of creating a wellness
environment in support of the medical team. It coordinates
activities geared at getting you well again in the shortest
possible time. Matters relating to billings, fees, reimbursements
and medial records are addressed.
The Senior Records Management Officer along with other
members of the reception staff will make all appointments
during official working hours.
The Customer Service Clerk will deal with any queries
or problems you may have.
