Certificate Courses

The Certificate Courses are aimed at equipping employees with the requisite skills to recognize hazards, evaluate them and make meaningful contributions to their control and management. Certificates of completion are awarded upon successful completion of respective course. Credits for matriculation to UWI may NOT be obtained from these courses.

How to Apply

  1. Complete registration form and email to oesh@uwimona.edu.jm or fax to 1-876-977-1835. Our registration form is available as an Adobe Reader (PDF) file and also in Microsoft Word (.doc) format. You may print and fax the form to (876) 977 1835 or email the modified Word document to oesh@uwimona.edu.jm.
  2. An invoice will be generated for payment.
  3. Pick up your invoice and use it to pay fees at the UWI Cashier.
  4. Take your receipt to the OESH office on campus to complete registration.
