Michelle Rowley

Michelle Rowley received her PhD in Women's Studies from Clark University, Worcester M.A. Her doctoral dissertation is entitled “The Politics of (M)Othering: Maternal Centrality and Afro-Trinidadian Women's Subjectivities”. Her present research interests include issues of reproductive rights, gender planning and policy formulation, and cultural constructions of Caribbean femininity. She is currently on staff at the CGDS, UWI, Cave Hill Campus
