UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS ONLY

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Log on to SAS
  2. Click on Student Services
  3. Click on Student Records
  4. Click on request re-mark/go-through.  The term will default to the current term the request is being made for.  Click Submit.
  5. Click on the request drop down menu and make your selection.
  6. Click on the select course drop down menu and select your course. You can only select one course at a time.
  7. After selecting course, click on the "Submit Request" button.

NB:  The processing of ALL applications will begin after the application period deadline.

POSTGRADUATE STUDENTS ONLY

A post graduate student who is dissatisfied with the results of his/her examination may apply for a re-mark of his/her results in writing directly to the Assistant Registrar, Examinations Section on the prescribed form (available at the Examinations Section Customer Service Desk) within two weeks of publication of the official results, and in the case of the Supplemental, Summer Session or re-sit examinations within five days of the publication of results.

Postgraduate students who are enrolled in the Doctor of Medicine (DM) programmes are eligible to submit a request for re-mark of his/her results directly to the Assistant Registrar, Examinations Section on the prescribed form (available at the Examinations Section Customer Service Desk) within two weeks of publication of the official results, provided that the official final examination result has being communicated in writing to him/her by the Office of Graduate Students and Research.

Kindly note that all postgraduate re-mark requests must be sumitted to and approved by the Examinations Section for processing. Applications for re-mark requests that are not submitted directly through the Examinations Section will not be facilitated.

 

NOTE:

1.  A  fee of $7,500 (per course) is payable at the UWI Bursary Cashier or other approved method of payment.  Kindly submit receipt to the Examinations Section Customer Service Desk.  Applications will not be processed without proof of payment which MUST be done by the deadline date.

2. You cannot request a re-mark for a course that is examined by 100% coursework unless where a single component counts for 40% or more. That component may be re-marked as provided in Regulation 142(b).
