
Judy N. Muthuri is a Professor of Sustainable Business and Development at the Mona School of Business and Management (MSBM) at The University of the West Indies, Mona.
Her research interest spans practice in corporate social responsibility, business ethics, corporate sustainability, stakeholder engagement, corporate social investment, gender quality, social impact, and Education for Sustainable Development.
She adopts a multidisciplinary, engaged, and high-impact research approach that has influenced policy and practice globally. She employs innovative methodologies to co-create initiatives with tangible societal and policy impact across industries and sectors.
She has published in top international journals and also presented at several international conferences in the field of Business and Society. She is the Section Editor, Global Issues for the Journal of Business Ethics, and the Editorial Board Member, Bristol UP Series on Business, Finance & International Development.
She is a founding member of several influential organizations, including the Africa Academy of Management, where she currently serves as Vice President and Membership Director, and the United Nations Principles for Responsible Management Education (UN PRME) Chapter Africa, where she sits on the Executive Board as the Diaspora Representative. She is a member of the Scientific Committee of the Sustainability Professional Institute of Nigeria, and the founder of the Africa Diaspora Academic Network (UK).
