Audrey Tugwell Henry has 36 years of experience in banking with over 21 years at the executive level and a proven track record leading businesses within the Financial Services Industry.

Her current role is President & CEO, Scotia Group Jamaica Limited and Senior Vice President, Caribbean North & Central. In this position, Audrey has the overall responsibility for the business in Jamaica – Corporate, Commercial, Small Business and Retail Banking, Insurance and Wealth Management through a network of branches and subsidiary companies across Jamaica, as well as Banking Operations in the Northern Caribbean islands – Bahamas, Cayman Islands and Turks and Caicos Islands.

Audrey is a double alum of MSBM as she holds both a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Studies, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of the West Indies, Mona / Mona School of Business and Management.
