With a Masters in Health Science – emphasis on Health Policy – from Johns Hopkins University, Bloomberg School of Public Health, Twana has over ten years of experience in the field of health policy and strategic planning. For many years, she served as the programme coordinator for several programmes aimed at improving the lives of children in Washington DC, USA. In this capacity, Twana developed policies and programmes based on available best practices and also oversaw the successful implementation of these programmes. She also served as the convenor for several District-wide initiatives and councils comprised of various key stakeholders.

Twana joined the JA KIDS Management Team in Summer 2011 as our Data Manager.  Her core functions include administrative oversight, supervision and monitoring of all members of the data entry team, as well as the development of data entry processes and protocols for the collection, organisation and storing of data.
