Inspiring Impact: Denvor Green and Young Men in STEM

The Faculty of Science and Technology proudly celebrates Denvor Green, a Class of 2025 graduate whose journey highlights the positive impact young men can have in STEM through education, service, and leadership.

A proud alumnus of Manchester High School, Denvor earned a First Class Honours BSc in Mathematics with Education Studies. He now serves as a Building Out Our STEM Teachers (BOOST) Fellow, where he teaches Mathematics at Manchester High School, returning to his alma mater to inspire students and share his passion for mathematics.

While at the Faculty of Science and Technology, Denvor was actively involved in campus life. He was a member of the Youth Empowerment Society and the Mathematics Club, worked as a tutor with the Mathematics Department, and volunteered with the Academic Support Unit, where he tutored ECON1005.

Beyond academics, Denvor enjoys writing poetry and participating in quiz competitions, reflecting the balance of creativity and analytical thinking that defines his approach to STEM. This was showcased when he presented Danielle Mullings, former Guild President and FST graduate, with a poem he wrote at a Total You Student Experience event.

Denvor Green’s journey demonstrates how young men in STEM can lead with purpose, give back through education, and positively influence the next generation.
