Mona Information Technology Services (MITS) is pleased to advise that all restoration activities related to the Campus Data Centre outage have now been successfully completed.

Legacy Email Service Fully Restored

The final mailbox recovery process, which was completed in several phases, has now run to completion.

All legacy email mailboxes (@uwimona.edu.jm) are now fully online, and users may access their mailboxes as normal.

Migration of Legacy Email

The migration of legacy email services to the Microsoft 365 OneUWI email platform is still ongoing.
