I will always remember the Aston Preston Hall as an engine for cultural excellence on the Mona Campus, made possible through the Preston Entertainment and Cultural Ensemble (PEACE).

My passion at heart was true leadership. Being a resident of the Aston Preston Hall was like being in a student centred classroom. Student leaders had the opportunity to create, develop and enhance their leadership skills in a wide scope of areas. This I saw as an opportunity to benefit from the unwritten curriculum of the University.

I gave garnered much knowledge and skills that surpass those I gained through formal education at the UWI.

Finally, the concept “One Band, One Sound” and “fulticipation” have become a part of who I am. I have learnt camaraderie and to do every task to the best of my ability, and this is a result of my time on Aston Preston Hall

Preston Hall, I salute you.
