Food Safety Is Everybody’s Business Food safety involves activities and programs which are aimed at reducing food borne illnesses. These activities and programs are based on scientific principles to ensure a safe and healthy food supply. This workshop aims to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding into the basic principles of food safety. To ensure that they will be able to implement and assist with the food safety requirements for their jobs and companies.
