The Commuting Students Service Learning and Civic Engagement Programme is designed with the concept of service leads to learning. Types of service learning opportunities available to students are:
1. Working alongside non-profit organizations and on projects that will help garner knowledge and experience within the field.
2. Workshops that will help to develop knowledge and skills in leadership, advocacy and activism.
3. Group sessions that will aid volunteers in reflecting and cementing the knowledge they have gain throughout the programme.
Students who participate in the Changemakers Club will benefit from:
1. Exposure to real life challenges in society with the aim of strategy implementation for change/enhancement.
2. A greater sense of appreciation for social responsibility.
3. A greater sense of value for their academic pursuit, value of self and their relevance to community development or enhancement.
4. The development of key competencies such as emotional awareness, problem solving etc.

All Co-Curricular Service Learning and Civic Engagement programmes will be available to you when we resume in face-to-face mode of delivery.
