The Regional and International Student Orientation Programme is for all newly admitted graduate and undergraduate students joining us from overseas. As a new student at The UWI Mona, you must attend orientation prior to the start of your first semester. The Regional and International Student Orientation is geared specifically for your unique needs.
As part of this programme, we, at the Admissions and International Office, have organized several informative and engaging orientation events and activities to help you prepare for life at The UWI Mona. Our orientation programme consists of our virtual Pre-Orientation Webinar Series in July, and our primary Regional and International Orientation Session in August. We also offer an optional Post-Orientation Shopping Trip to help you gather essential supplies for the coming semester.
We will hold our primary in-person Regional and International Orientation Session on Tuesday, August 23, 2022 at 11:00am. During this very important session, we have an opportunity to engage with you and provide you with valuable information. To get the most out of the Orientation Programme, it is strongly recommended that you attend all the Pre-Orientation Webinars as topics will be explored in greater detail during those sessions and you will have an opportunity to pose your questions.

Please Note: Regional and international students, are also required to attend the General Orientation sessions for undergraduate or post-graduate students, as well as orientation sessions hosted by your faculty.
