TEAM BUILDING EVENT vs MITS FUNDAY
Truth be told that no matter what date this trip to Mystic Mountain will take SOMEONE WILL BE inconvenienced so why should we change a date if someone can’t make it. This is the classical case of inequality “donkey say the world no level” or some people is more important than some or some is a part of a team and other are not. Unfortunately I have been the victim of bad dates in the last event in the Xmas and no one tried to change the date for me (I was told they have being trying to get this on a Friday for years and now them nah change it) now I had my mind hell bent on mystic mountain and “BOOM” out of thin air the date change !! After three weeks of it been June 27th now it on a date which I won’t be able to make it…….Let us not try to hide behind these words “TEAM BUILD EVENT" anymore let’s just call it MITS FUNDAY .

Them Building Event
There seems to be some disparity as it relates to the planning of this year's "Them Building Event". I for one will not be troubled by this matter, as it happens everytime. That being said, how can it really be called a Team Building event when there isn't any team planning the what, when, where details and rarely are there any team activities - or anybody involved for that matter. I agree with Bruce ... this is just a funday and as such that should remain the only expected outcome.
