Indexing date
Orientation for the new students of The UWI School of Nursing will be held on Tuesday August 27, 2013 starting at 9am in the Nursing Lecture Theatre.
Persons who have not completed the process of Indexing will be required to do so on this date and is therefore being asked to bring the following documents along:
- THE ORIGINALS AND THE PHOTOCOPIES
- Educational certificates
- Birth certificate
- Marriage certificates - if applicable
- Deed poll- if applicable
- three (3) passport size photograph
- TRN card
