This is a historic moment - the launch of the very first online Master of Education Leadership in Early Childhood Development. This is an exciting time to be working in early childhood development, with so many exciting professional and policy directions taking place. For example, just recently, we witnessed the establishment of the Early Childhood Commission. This body has been set up to ensure a more regulated early childhood programme through the introduction of the legal and regulatory framework that will include, among other critical issues, formalized training and certification of early childhood practitioners.
