Airfare, Baggage and Shipping Refunds

  1. This refund is for academic staff recruited from abroad.
  2. Staff member submits receipts for shipment of personal belongings and airfare along with a cover letter requesting refund to the Staff Benefits Unit through Customer Service.
  3. It should be noted that shipment of books and teaching materials must be verified by the head of department by way of a letter that must accompany request for refund.
