for tuition fees and University related fees. Payments may
be made by:

• cash
• certified cheques
• debit cards
• credit cards

The University of the West Indies
has an insurance program that extends to all members of
the:

• University community
• all activities of the University
• all University property

For information on the University's insurance policies,
you may contact Rose Watts or Herfa Shaw 

The Unit will provide the necessary banking information
and also collect information on action to be taken,
once they are deposited.

If a cheque/ draft/ manager's cheque payable to the
University is lost, please contact Rose Watts .
You will be asked to sign an Indemnity form issued
by the Bank from which the cheque was purchased, and
the Bank will issue a new cheque/ draft/ manager's
cheque replacing the one that was lost.
 

The weekly exchange rates are e-mailed to specified University staff every
Tuesday morning, and they remain active for the entire
week.
