Academic Board Sub-Committee for Undergraduate Student Matters (Chair)

The purpose of the sub-committee is to consider and make decisions on student requests for adjustments to registration (which includes late registration and late adjustments to registration) as well as student status (which includes leave of absence, late leave of absence and late voluntary withdrawal). The underlying principle is that any adjustments made to a student’s record (whether on their behalf or at their request) must have at least Academic Board approval.

Currently, undergraduate student requests to the sub-committee are processed via the Automated Student Request System (ASRS). The Chair (Deputy Principal) approves requests on ASRS on behalf of the Sub-Committee being guided by the Automated Student Request System (ASRS) Approval Guidelines document on our resources webpage. The Sub-Committee is only convened, as needed, to consider extraordinary student matters.
