Automated Student Request System (ASRS)

All requests made on the ASRS are processed by the respective Faculties. Only the following requests, once processed by the Faculty will come to the Academic Board Sub-Committee on Student Matters for a final decision:

1. Registration
   • Late Registration
   • Late Adjustment to Registration
2. Student Status
   • Leave of Absence
   • Late Leave of Absence
   • Late Voluntary Withdrawal

Make your request using the online Automated Student Request System (ASRS) via Student Administration System (SAS).
