Dear Students, Staff and Visitors

A warm welcome to the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST), the Faculty of greatness and your place to shine, to make your mark and to start blazing an unparalleled trail. You are joining us at a critical time when we are as a team transitioning from the online modality that COVID has caused us to operate in for the past two years, to the normal face-to-face operations and interactions that engender a holistic University experience. I urge you to be a full participant, being careful, mindful and respectful as we all play our part in the journey to normalcy.

Whether you are a new or returning student, staff, partner or guest of our great University, we assure you that the Faculty stands ready to support your journey. In addition to the Heads that serve our respective Departments, Centre, Institutes or Units, our Deputy Dean and Associate Deans lead our administrative, technical and service team in guaranteeing your success. Engage us on your undergraduate, postgraduate or general stakeholder processes, so we can support you in having the total UWI experience.

The FST must be the “go to place for science, education, innovation and solutions.”  You must therefore think, work and be transformational in your studies or business. Ensure you are positioned to be agile, aligned and responsive that as you advance your studies and careers you build you network and net worth.
