Remembering our Colleague | Donovan Brissett

The University of the West Indies, Mona, regrets to inform you that our colleague, Dr. Donovan Blissett, passedaway on Thursday, March 5, 2026.
 
Dr. Blissett joined The UWI Mona in 2011 as a Part-Time Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Science and Technology, Department of Geography and Geology, and was rehired in several positions until his untimely passing.
 
In light of this death, the UWI flags will be flown at half-mast on Friday, March 13, 2026.
 
The University extends condolences to the family and friends of the late Dr. Donovan Blissett.
