The University of the West Indies, Mona, Faculty of Science and Technology in the Department of Life Sciences notes with regret the passing of our retired colleague, Mrs. Charlotte Goodbody on Sunday April 27, 2025 in Aberdeen, Scotland.  Mrs Goodbody came to Jamaica in 1955 with her husband Professor Ivan Goodbody (Professor and Head of Zoology).  She conducted research alongside her husband and also worked as a teaching assistant in the Zoology Department tutoring students over many years in 1st year Zoology laboratory classes.
