On January 14, 2025, researchers in the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) at The University of the West Indies (The UWI), Mona met with Garry Momber, a renowned Underwater Archaeologist and CEO of Maritime Archaeology Trust/Director of Maritime Archaeology Ltd, UK, to explore ways to promote and preserve Underwater Cultural Heritage. The discussion also focused on an upcoming series of workshops aimed at raising awareness and advocating for a marine archaeological legacy that is accessible to all.
