Dr. Marvadeen Singh-Wilmot Appointed Associate Editor of RSC Advances

The Faculty of Science and Technology at The University of the West Indies (The UWI), Mona, congratulates Dr. Marvadeen Singh-Wilmot, Senior Lecturer in the Department of Chemistry on her appointment as Associate Editor of RSC Advances, a journal of the Royal Society of Chemistry, effective 31 July 2026.
 
The appointment represents significant international recognition of Dr. Singh-Wilmot’s expertise and provides an opportunity for her to contribute to the journal’s editorial work and the advancement of chemical research.
 
Her appointment also enhances the international visibility of the Department of Chemistry and The UWI, highlighting the expertise within the Faculty and its contribution to the global scientific community.
 
The Faculty celebrates this achievement and wishes Dr. Singh-Wilmot every success in her new role.
