UCS can provide a number of educational programmes on topics to do with student wellness and mental health. Topics we have offered previously include Stress Management, Time Management, Improving your Self Esteem, Social Anxiety and Coping with Grief. Some topics can be covered in a single session while some topics require 4-6 sessions.
The staff of UCS is willing to work with student organizations and staff members to develop a meaningful psychoeducational programme tailored to their needs. Such requests should be made at least four weeks in advance.
